United Sports unveils green energy project

United Sports on Thursday unveiled its new energy-efficient project, complete with 1,035 solar panels. The public recreation center announced that it will now be running off one-third solar energy and one-third hydro energy. The renewable energy system, which was officially turned on Monday, was praised for its exemplary initiative in the clean energy movement, where "going green" is an increasingly popular phrase, but implementing the necessary technology is sometimes met with hesitancy.
